Greenhouse Dimensions:
The width of the greenhouse is 2.5 metres, the height of the greenhouse is 2.3 metres, the length of the greenhouse is 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 metres. The frame is a square galvanized tube 20mm x 20mm, the distance between the arcs is is 0.65m.

Polycarbonate Greenhouse Dimensions
Greenhouse width of 2.5 metres. Basic length is 4 metres (greenhouse’s length may be increased by any 2 metre increment, for instance, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 metres).
Greenhouse Frame
The frame is made of a galvanized square tube 20mm x 20mm, the distance between arcs is 0.65m. The frame is fastened with 7 longitudinal guides, which prevent polycarbonate failure under the weight of the snow cap and impart additional stability to the frame.
Polycarbonate Sheeting
Standard polycarbonate sheet is 6m long, 2.1m wide and 4mm thick. It has a layer of UV protection on the top. Our Polycarbonate Sheeting for all greenhouses includes a 15 year UV warranty.
Polycarbonate Fastening
Double reinforced fastening: roofing self-tapping screws with a rubber press washer through the galvanized tape. Thanks to such fasteners, accidental pushing of polycarbonate during installation is excluded. Such fastening of polycarbonate helps to avoid the breakdown of polycarbonate by a sharp gusty wind.
Thanks to a frame with a zinc coating class of 140-180 microns, the greenhouse is extremely resistant to rust and does not require tint or paint during operation (unlike greenhouses painted with DTM). The sharp form (drop shape) of the greenhouse prevents the accumulation of a snow cap.

Our Polycarbonate Greenhouse can be fitted by our own in-house trained professional fitters.
When we take on professional fitters at our production facility in Navan, we train them using dedicated training polycarbonate greenhouses. We have a training area where our polycarbonate greenhouses are laid out, erected and fully installed. Then we start over and erect it again and again until we have an expert fitter to send out to our customer installations. Every installation is carried out by our very own fitters to ensure your polycarbonate greenhouse is installed correctly. We pride ourselves in both the quality of our polycarbonate products and the quality of our installations.
